Not just a fantastic waterfall to look at, but adventurous to climb.

Dunn’s River Falls is an astounding flowing falls that extends across more than 183 metres or 600 feet. The falls is frequently featured in tourist advertisements that endorse Jamaica. These ads make Dunn’s River Falls one of the most well known travel destinations on the island. 

Your tour begins directly from your hotel.  Travel in air-conditioned comfort on this hour and half journey on the North Coast highway to Ocho Rios. En route, your knowledgeable driver/tour guide will highlight different points of interest, while sharing information about Jamaican history and lifestyle.

On reaching Dunns River, your driver will assist you in getting your tickets to allow entry into the falls.  Enjoy the cool plunge into pools formed naturally in the river rocks and the waterfalls which are gently in some places and thunderous in others.  There is also a section where you can go down a natural slide and submerge yourself at the bottom.

Activities at Dunns River include climbing the falls, enjoying the rich flora and manicured lawns and relaxing on the beach.  For those who wish to climb the falls, you will need to follow a path and stairways down to the base of the falls.  You can climb on your own or with the help of an experienced guide.  The climb is between 1 to 1.5 hour depending on your ability and comfort level. 

After the falls, we make our way over to Scotchies where you can try out our famous jerk chicken or pork (cost of lunch not included).

After lunch, you can choose to go souvenir shopping before heading back to your hotel or cruise ship.
